BOX 5246     TACOMA, WA  98415         (253)-383-1631 We ask you to look at and follow the PRE-INSTALLATION GUIDELINES Prior to our field measurement visit to your jobsite            Cabinets are installed in permanent location and have been determined to be level prior to field measurement. Substrate Tops  (A)  regular/standard style cabinets, 5/8” plywood substrate has been installed with exposed edges flush with cabinet faces except for counter overhangs (granite extends 1 ¼” beyond substrate overhang) or previous covering has been removed and altered to reveal such substrate prior to field measurement; or  (B)  European or frameless cabinets, ¾” substrate has been installed with ¼” hold back from face of cabinets.        (A)  subtop flush with face            cabinet (B) subtop  1/4” from face           cabinet All Cutouts for sinks/cooktops have been cut out of subtop prior to field measurement and checked against appliances to ensure that they fit prior to install. Undermount sinks are set in place (uninstalled) for center point marking.  Manufacturers sink template must be retained for pick up by templator, or sink picked up by RAS Granite & Marble personnel at the time of the site measurement/templating.  Allow ¼”  movement of sink in subtop in all directions. All sinks, ranges, stoves & faucet supply hole locations are on site when installation begins. Allow 3 to 6 weeks from measure date for installation. Depending on our workload, fabrication of your product requires this length of time between measurement and installation.  Please contact our office or your sales representative for scheduling information. Complete installation time for your project will vary depending upon the job size and scope of work.  If you need to make special arrangements for leaving a key or to allow entry on the jobsite, please contact RAS Granite & Marble or your sales representative prior to measurement appointment and installation.
