The Process

RAS Granite And Marble

STEPS FOR MEETING AND SATISFYING CLIENTS

RAS Granite and Marble has created a process to ensure a pleasant experience for the client during the steps required to complete your natural stone project.

 Step One
Meet with Sales Consultant at your home or at our showroom.  This consultation is free and will inform you of the options available to you.  During this process and with your input, our consultants will help you to conceive the finished Natural Stone project that you wished for.  If you are meeting at the showroom, bring your cabinet plans or a drawing of the project concept with dimensions.

 Step Two
We will advise you on what natural stone, edgework and other attributes of your project that will look good.  We stock many of the natural stone slabs, which you may view at our location and we have availability of hundreds of others.  If you decide on a non-stocking stone, we will accompany you to our wholesale vendors to select the exact slab to be used on your project.  Using custom software, we will plan, price and determine the necessary material for your project to be built to your specifications.

 Step Three
After the project has been determined, we will help you through the preconstruction process relating the Natural Stone Project, so that the surfaces to be covered with stone can be prepared. We can anticipate any areas needing special attention and advise you on solutions.  We also can recommend qualified subcontractors to assist you for any carpentry work if necessary.

 Step Four
After your project is ready for installation, we will send our Field Measure and Template to your site to collect the data to fabricate and install the project.  Any steps that should be taken to ensure an excellent installation will be reviewed with you or your contractor at that time.  At this time an installation schedule will be established at a future date. (Normally installation is scheduled 3 weeks out to allow for the fabrication process in our production facility).

 Step Five
Upon completion of the production process in our facility, our installers should complete an average sized project in 4 to 5 hours on site.  Any details that must be addressed after installation will be completed by our Customer Service Follow-up specialist shortly after the installation.

We have found that using this system avoids many of the pitfalls other granite companies stumble into.
